Our projects
Hathaway is currently in the process of assembling strategic development sites across the UK & Europe. Having recently acquired and constructed a prime speculative industrial development site 8 miles from Central London, providing exposure to the London logistics market, Hathaway has further expanded the portfolio and purchased a prime vacant site located in the South East, in Wokingham.
Citygrove Securities have also appointed Hathaway as Development Manager for their mixed use Premier Inn hotel development in Lambeth North.
