Hathaway and The Cherwell Group have acquired a prime vacant 2 acre development site on Fishponds Road, Wokingham. The site’s location provides excellent communication links to the M4 and will provide a grade A asset in an established business centre with low supply and growing demand.

Planning permission has been secured for demolition and redevelopment of 12 employment units, totalling 37,000 GEA including a new vehicular access, secure parking, servicing and high quality landscaping.

Construction works are due to commence Q4 2023.
