Hathaway Developments was established in 2021 by George Hardcastle MRICS; a professionally qualified real estate developer with in excess of 15 years’ experience in the property industry.
Prior to forming Hathaway, George was Development Director of Citygrove Securities Plc for 11 years, where he was responsible for originating, securing and delivering 650,000 sq. ft of residential and commercial developments with a combined value in excess of £850 million.
Before the successful period at Citygrove, George started his real estate career at King Sturge as a graduate in the London office. The role expanded to include a pan-European development remit based in Prague, with a specialist focus on eastern European commercial development.
Over the years using work as a platform, George has participated in raising money for Variety, the Children’s Charity Sunshine Coach Appeal. He joined a team from Citygrove and Legal & General completing a challenging trek to Mt Toubkal in Morocco in 2013 and Annapurna Base Camp in Nepal in 2016.
