Hathaway and Cube Real Estate have acquired a prime 2.5-acre development site in the heart of the established Manor Royal Business District.

Planning has been submitted for the demolition of existing structures and the creation of a highly sustainable logistics-led scheme. The proposed development comprises 110,000 sq ft GEA of multi-let industrial space, alongside a pre-let, bespoke self-storage unit.

The project is being designed to a Grade A institutional specification, targeting BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC A+, reflecting our commitment to delivering best-in-class, energy-efficient commercial space.

Construction is expected to commence in Q2 2026.
